Readiness assessments start at $450 for individuals and $2,500 for small businesses. Implementation projects start at $1,500; retainers at $750 a month. Every engagement gets a written, fixed-fee quote before work starts — the services page lists starting rates for everything, because hiding prices wastes your time and ours.
What happens to our data?
Client documents stay in accounts you control, configured so AI vendors don't train on your data where that control exists. A mutual NDA is available before anything changes hands, and working copies are deleted on request when an engagement ends. The privacy page spells it out.
Do we have to buy new software?
Often no. Sometimes the honest answer is that a tool you already pay for does the job — and when that's the finding, that's what the report says. When new software is warranted, subscriptions go in your name and on your card — we don't resell licenses or take vendor commissions.
What if AI isn't the answer for us?
Then the report says so. The assessment ends in a written roadmap you own, and if the honest recommendation is an off-the-shelf tool, a process change, or nothing at all, that's what it will say. We'd rather lose a build than sell you one you don't need.
Where do you work?
We're based in Ruston, Louisiana. Most work is delivered remotely; workshops and kickoffs run on-site across North Louisiana at no travel charge within 60 miles, and further afield by arrangement.
