How it works

Four steps. Fixed fees. Nothing on autopilot that shouldn't be.

Every engagement runs the same way — the same way we run our own company. Here's the whole process, including the parts where you can walk away.

01

Ask

You fill out the consultation form or call. We talk through what you're trying to solve — free — and you get a written, fixed-fee quote for the next step. No discovery-call sales script.

02

Assess

The readiness assessment: we watch how the work actually happens, then hand you a findings report and a prioritized roadmap with real prices on each item.

03

Build

Fixed-fee projects, on your accounts, in your name. Two revision rounds included. Documented and handed over working, with your people trained on it.

04

Run

A month-to-month retainer keeps it monitored, tuned, and supported. Thirty days' notice ends it — the work we built keeps running either way.

What the assessment actually covers.

01

Where the hours go

We map the repetitive work — the retyping, the copy-paste between systems, the reports assembled by hand — and put a number on what each one costs you in hours.

02

What to do about each one

Automate it, buy an off-the-shelf tool for it, restructure it, or leave it alone. Every recommendation names the tool, the cost, and the reason.

03

What not to do

The report also says what to skip: where AI would add risk, where your data isn't ready, and where the honest answer is "this doesn't need AI."

04

A roadmap with prices

Prioritized by payoff and effort, with our fixed-fee quote next to each item we could build — and a note where someone else, or nobody, should build it instead.

What you get · In hand
Findings reportPlain-language, written for the owner

RoadmapPrioritized, with a price on every line

The report is yours either way. No obligation to build any of it with us.

The ground rules we work under.

R-01

Fixed fees, written scope

The price is agreed before work starts. Scope changes get a written change order — priced before, not after.

R-02

Your accounts, your name

Subscriptions, data, and systems stay in your name and on your card. If we disappeared tomorrow, everything keeps working.

R-03

A person reviews the output

AI output can be wrong. Every workflow we build has a human review step before anything reaches a client, a filing, or a dollar.

R-04

Your data stays yours

Client documents live in accounts you control, configured so vendors don't train on them where that control exists. NDA available before anything changes hands.

R-05

No lock-in

Retainers are month to month with 30 days' notice. Deliverables are documented so anyone competent could take over.

R-06

We stay in our lane

No legal, tax, or investment advice — when a question needs a license, we say so and point you to someone who holds one.

Step one costs nothing. Tell us what you're working with.
