Plain-language privacy.
A consultancy that touches client documents owes you more than boilerplate. Here is what we collect, what we do with it, and what we don't do.
Short version: we collect what you send us, we use it to respond to you and do the work, we don't sell it, and client documents stay in accounts you control.
What we collect
- Consultation form submissions — name, company, contact details, business size, what you're trying to solve, current tools, budget range, timeline, and how you found us. Submissions are processed by Netlify Forms (our website host) and delivered to our inbox.
- Email — whatever you choose to send us.
- Basic site logs — our host records standard technical logs (IP, page requested, time). We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
What we do with it
- Reply to you, scope your request, and prepare a quote.
- Keep a record of the engagement in our own systems.
- Nothing else. No sale of data, no rental of lists, no third-party marketing.
Client documents during an engagement
- Working documents live in accounts you control, or in accounts stood up specifically for the engagement and named in the scope.
- Where an AI vendor offers the control, accounts are configured so your data is not used to train their models. Where a vendor doesn't offer that control, we tell you before that vendor touches your documents.
- A mutual NDA is available before any documents change hands.
- At engagement end, our working copies are deleted on request and the deletion is confirmed in writing.
What we don't do
- Sell, rent, or share your information with anyone outside the engagement.
- Use your documents to build products for other clients.
- Put anything of yours into a public model, demo, or case study without written permission.
